Pharmacist - Naples, Florida

A closed-door HIV/AIDS specialty pharmacy based in Naples, FL, is seeking an experienced pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity starting ASAP. This mail order site, staffed with over 45 employees, focuses on accurately delivering medications to patients while providing exceptional patient care and communication.

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients
• Support patients by addressing their needs and ensuring medication understanding
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain smooth operations and timely delivery

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Florida pharmacist license
• Minimum of one year retail pharmacy experience
• HIV/AIDS medication dispensing experience must be clearly stated on your resume, even if minimal
• Familiarity with QS1 pharmacy software (please confirm if experienced)
• Demonstrated strong communication skills with both patients and providers
• Dependable with a positive and professional attitude
