A 150-bed community hospital located near Nashville, TN, is seeking a skilled Night Shift Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations during evening hours. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment providing critical pharmaceutical care and support to clinical teams.

Schedule:

• 7 nights on, 7 nights off
• 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise and guide pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Apply pharmacokinetic principles in medication management
• Collaborate and consult with physicians and nurses to optimize patient care
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Tennessee pharmacist license
