Pharmacist | Nashville, Tennessee

An independent pharmacy in Nashville is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join their team on a 13-week contract with potential for permanent placement. Location: Nashville, TN (1406 McGavock Pk STE A)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (32–40 hours per week)
• Possible every-other-Saturday shift, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (coverage options may be available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently dispense medications compliant with laws and regulations
• Provide expert counseling on medication use, side effects, and interactions to patients and caregivers
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and patient safety
• Maintain accurate patient records and review prescriptions for appropriate dosage and interactions
• Uphold company values, support team members, and foster a positive work environment
• Stay updated on best practices and adapt to changes in protocols or technology

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist license in Tennessee
• Familiarity with PioneerRX pharmacy software preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation
