Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Pharmacist Verification 1 (PV1) and Pharmacist Verification 2 (PV2) duties, including final verification processing
• Confirm accuracy of medication dispensed, matching contents to prescriptions
• Verify prescription information and directions to ensure compliance and patient safety
• Collaborate with pharmacy team to maintain workflow efficiency in a high-volume setting
• Utilize Wellsky pharmacy order entry system; note that automation is not used in this process

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a high-volume pharmacy setting
• Experience or comfort with mail order or specialty pharmacy workflows preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Positive attitude with willingness to engage in a temp-only role
• Ability to start immediately and maintain productivity through the initial 13+ week period
