A pharmacy professional with at least 2-3 years of high-volume experience will thrive in this role supporting a busy mail order and renal specialty pharmacy. This position offers an opportunity to engage in critical pharmacist verification responsibilities within a fast-paced environment averaging approximately 1,000 prescriptions filled daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Pharmacist Verification 1 (PV1) and Pharmacist Verification 2 (PV2) functions, including final verification of medications.
• Confirm accuracy of medication labeling, directions, and prescription information against hard copy orders.
• Use the Wellsky pharmacy order entry system to ensure precise prescription processing.
• Maintain attention to detail and quality in a high-volume setting.
• Support pharmacy operations with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a high-volume pharmacy setting.
• Familiarity with mail order or specialty pharmacy operations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a strong focus under pressure.
• Positive, professional demeanor and adaptability to temporary role requirements.
