Immunizing Inpatient Pharmacist - Nekoosa, Wisconsin

A healthcare facility in Nekoosa, WI is seeking a dedicated inpatient pharmacist for a 13-week contract starting on April 22. This role requires a proactive professional to provide pharmacy services in a hospital inpatient setting, working primarily day shifts with a rotation on weekends.

• Nekoosa, WI

Schedule/Hours:

• 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Rotating weekends
• Occasional evening shifts may be required

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in an emergency room and inpatient hospital environment
• Manage pharmacy operations as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) when needed
• Provide immunizations and patient counseling on medication use and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal medication therapy outcomes
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and institutional policies

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist with hospital inpatient experience
• Skills in emergency room pharmacy and immunizations
• Ability to serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)
