This travel pharmacist opportunity is based at a small 40-bed hospital in northern central Wisconsin, ideal for a pharmacy professional seeking a dynamic role in an inpatient setting. The position begins ASAP with a contract duration of 13 weeks or more and offers flexibility in scheduling with options such as four 10-hour day shifts per week, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., including rotating weekends, or a block schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off.

Responsibilities include managing multiple concurrent tasks in the central inpatient pharmacy, such as verifying electronic orders through EPIC, reviewing technician work, and responding to pharmacist inquiries. The role also involves dispensing inpatient and outpatient IV medications, inpatient unit doses, and outpatient chemotherapy.

Typical inpatient census ranges from 30 to 40 patients, covering diverse areas such as inpatient and outpatient surgery, medical/surgical units, obstetrics/gynecology, intensive care, outpatient oncology, and the emergency department.

Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist with current credentials
