A hospital pharmacy opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist to support a facility with 25 licensed beds in Logan, OH. This contract role begins between September 8th and 14th, with an expected duration of 13 weeks or more.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- On-call responsibilities after select shifts
- Occasional Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Key responsibilities include medication order entry utilizing the EPIC system, supporting pharmacy operations across emergency department, infusion, and orthopedics specialty areas. The pharmacy site is not automated, so hands-on processing and attention to detail are crucial.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Ohio pharmacist license
- Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience
- Experience with EPIC order entry highly preferred
