Location:

• Bemidji, MN

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Some weekends required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform long-term care pharmacist duties ensuring medication safety and efficacy
• Provide counseling and support to patients and healthcare providers
• Utilize immunization certifications to administer vaccines as needed
• Manage medication therapy and review patient profiles for optimized outcomes

Desired Qualifications:

• PharmD degree or MTM (Medication Therapy Management) certification preferred
• Immunization certification required
• CPR certification required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in specialty or long-term care pharmacy settings is a plus
