A specialty pharmacy in Bemidji, MN is seeking a Pharmacist for a contract opportunity lasting 13+ weeks. This role focuses on long-term care pharmacy duties and offers a structured schedule with some weekend hours.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Some weekends required

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive pharmacist duties within a long-term care setting
• Manage medication therapy reviews and optimize patient outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate patient care
• Assist with immunizations and provide patient counseling
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with PharmD preferred
• Certified in immunization administration
• CPR Certification required
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus
• Experience in long-term care pharmacy preferred
