Location:

• New Braunfels, TX

Schedule/Hours:

• Rotating shifts including 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, and 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems to manage medication orders efficiently
• Prepare and compound sterile IV medications following strict protocols
• Monitor and adjust pharmacokinetics to optimize patient medication therapy
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely medication delivery
• Maintain compliance with hospital pharmacy standards and safety regulations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active pharmacist license in Texas
• Hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred
• IV certification with proven ability to mix sterile compounds
• Competence in using EPIC and Pyxis systems
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (submit with application)
• Strong analytical skills with comfort monitoring and adjusting pharmacokinetics
