This pharmacist position offers the opportunity to provide essential pharmaceutical care on a per diem basis in a dynamic urban setting. The role focuses on delivering excellent patient service and medication management during day shifts, contributing to optimal healthcare outcomes.

Location: New York, NY
Schedule/Hours:

• Days: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Specific shifts on July 2 and July 7

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescriptions and ensure proper medication management
• Provide expert consultation to patients and healthcare professionals regarding medication use and safety
• Utilize Enterprise RX computer system for prescription processing and record-keeping
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid New York State Pharmacy license required
• Previous pharmacy experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Enterprise RX or similar pharmacy management systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
