A healthcare facility specializing in psychiatric care in Williamsburg, VA, is seeking a dedicated pharmacist for a contract assignment. This role requires a professional capable of working closely with hospital staff to ensure accurate medication dispensing and patient safety in an inpatient psychiatric setting.

Location:

• Williamsburg, VA

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Additional shifts as needed to cover open schedules

Duration:

• Approximately 13 weeks, with the possibility to extend until a permanent pharmacist is hired

Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify and process medication orders
• Utilize automated dispensing systems efficiently
• Collaborate effectively with hospital administrators, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care

Qualifications:
