Per Diem Pharmacists are needed to support a retail pharmacy team in the Newton, KS area. This role offers flexible shifts on a semi-regular basis, with manageable prescription volume and strong technician support. Location:

• Newton, Kansas (serving the surrounding Wichita area)

Schedule/Hours:

• Per diem, with upcoming shifts available such as:
  • Tuesday 3/17, Wednesday 3/18, Thursday 3/19 (8 AM – 7 PM)
  • Additional dates in April and May as posted

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify, dispense, and counsel patients on medications
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare providers
• Utilize Rx30 software to support pharmacy operations
• Maintain compliance with all professional pharmacy regulations and standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid, active Kansas pharmacist license with clean disciplinary record
• Experience in retail/community pharmacy preferred
• Comfortable managing prescription volumes around 100–125/day
• Ability to adapt to variable schedules and shifts
