Pharmacist - Newton Lower Falls, Massachusetts

Join a dynamic inpatient pharmacy team at a large, 300+ bed hospital located near Boston. This role offers the opportunity to support critical healthcare services in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for both experienced pharmacists and new graduates holding a Massachusetts pharmacist license.

Location: Newton Lower Falls, MA (near Boston)

Schedule:

• Primarily night shift (10:00 pm to 8:00 am)

Contract Type: Contract to hire
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks with potential to convert to permanent

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications and provide pharmaceutical care to inpatients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in medication reviews, monitoring, and documentation to support clinical decisions
• Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory management of pharmacy supplies

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license required
• Recent pharmacy graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience with inpatient pharmacy practice preferred but not mandatory
