Per Diem Pharmacist | Niles, Illinois

A Per Diem Pharmacist opportunity is available for experienced professionals seeking flexible, PRN work. This role is ideal for pharmacists with specialty or oncology pharmacy experience, though strong retail pharmacy backgrounds are also considered. The position requires availability on 2/16 and 2/17 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Location: Niles, IL (8915 W Golf Rd)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense and verify medications according to prescriptions
• Utilize Enterprise RX Pharmacy System and Iknowmed EMR to manage patient records and medication orders
• Provide patient counseling and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmaceutical care

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Illinois Pharmacist license
• Preferred experience in specialty or oncology pharmacy
• Proficient with Enterprise RX Pharmacy System and Iknowmed EMR
• Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and patient care
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Specific shifts on 2/16 and 2/17, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
