Per Diem Pharmacist - Niles, Illinois

A pharmacy is seeking a Per Diem pharmacist to provide specialized support for PRN shifts on February 16th and 17th from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This opportunity is ideal for a pharmacist who is ready to utilize their expertise on a flexible schedule with meaningful responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and counsel patients in alignment with pharmacy protocols
• Utilize Enterprise RX Pharmacy System and Iknowmed EMR to manage prescriptions and patient information
• Support specialty or oncology pharmacy services, ensuring patient safety and quality care
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize therapeutic outcomes

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active and clear Illinois pharmacist license
• Specialty or oncology pharmacy experience preferred, but solid retail pharmacy background will be considered
• Proficient in Enterprise RX Pharmacy System and Iknowmed EMR or ability to quickly learn these platforms
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to quality care
