Inpatient Pharmacist 13-Week Contract

An acute-care hospital is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week contract. This is a fast-paced opportunity for a pharmacist with strong inpatient experience and solid clinical knowledge. 

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shifts: Days, evenings, and overnight shifts available
• VA Pharmacist License: Must be active and in hand at time of submission — firm requirement
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience
• EPIC- Experience preffered
• Drug interaction knowledge
• Order entry & medication order verification
• Preferred: Chemotherapy, anticoagulants, pharmacokinetic dosing, and renal dosing experience
