Per Diem Pharmacist in Norristown, PA

An opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to work per diem shifts in a retail pharmacy environment. The position involves supporting a new store with a very low prescription volume, providing a focused and manageable workflow.

Location: Norristown, PA
Schedule:

• Days, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• July 27, 30, and 31

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications in accordance with regulatory standards
• Assist patients with medication-related inquiries and provide counseling
• Utilize the DRX computer system for prescription processing and recordkeeping
• Collaborate with staff to maintain efficient pharmacy operations in a new store setting

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania pharmacy license
• Previous retail pharmacy experience is required
• Familiarity with retail pharmacy workflows and patient interaction
• Comfort with using pharmacy computer systems, specifically DRX preferred
