Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining detailed records of inventory and patient information, and supporting telepharmacy services are integral to the role. Collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager will be essential to address staffing and operational needs while ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
