Location:

• Bemidji, MN

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Some weekend shifts required

Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy operations and ensure accurate dispensing of medications
• Provide Long Term Care pharmacy services including medication therapy management
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding medications and immunizations when applicable

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing
• Immunization Certification preferred
• CPR Certification required
• PharmD degree or Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification strongly preferred
• Experience in Long Term Care pharmacy settings is highly desired
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
