A specialty pharmacy opportunity available in Bemidji, MN, focusing on Long Term Care pharmacist responsibilities within a well-established pharmacy setting. Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Some weekend shifts required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to long-term care residents
• Ensure accurate dispensing and medication management in a specialty pharmacy setting
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care plans
• Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) and patient counseling
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Support immunization initiatives and administer vaccines as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• PharmD degree or equivalent with MTM certification preferred
• Immunization certification required
• CPR certification essential
• Strong knowledge of long-term care pharmacy practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Excellent communication and patient-focused skills
