A 13-week Travel Pharmacist opportunity is available in Utah for an experienced inpatient pharmacist at a community hospital. This role offers a consistent 7-on/7-off schedule with the opportunity to extend.
Position Details
- Duration: 13 weeks, with option to extend
- Schedule: 2nd shift, 12:30 PM–11:00 PM
- Rotation: 7-on/7-off, Wednesday–Tuesday
- Systems: Meditech, Pyxis
Responsibilities
- Verify medication orders and oversee pharmacy operations
- Supervise pharmacy technicians
- Provide pharmacokinetic support
- Consult with physicians and nurses
- Perform other standard inpatient pharmacist duties
Requirements:
- Active Utah pharmacist license
- 1+ year of inpatient pharmacy experience
