Join a reputable grocery store pharmacy in Omaha, Nebraska, as a part-time Retail Pharmacist on an ongoing contract assignment. This role offers a flexible, two-week rotating schedule designed to support a healthy work-life balance, with options for adjustments based on your availability and pharmacy needs.

Schedule:

• Week 1: Sunday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM; Tuesday and Friday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (24 hours total)
• Week 2: Tuesday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (17 hours total)

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescription accuracy to ensure patient safety
• Provide thorough patient counseling regarding medication usage and side effects
• Oversee pharmacy workflow and support pharmacy technicians to maintain efficiency
• Comply with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications:

• Active Nebraska Pharmacist license in good standing
• Recent retail pharmacy experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to remain flexible with the schedule as needed
• Experience with McKesson Enterprise is a plus but not mandatory
