Pharmacist - Orange Cove, California

A community health center pharmacy in Orange Cove, CA, is urgently seeking an experienced pharmacist to provide full-time coverage. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-managed pharmacy serving the community, utilizing Rx30 pharmacy software.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Contract Details:

• Immediate start
• Initial 4-week duration with potential for extension

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispensing medications within a community health center setting
• Collaborating effectively with experienced pharmacy technicians
• Ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and center policies
• Utilizing Rx30 system for prescription processing and management
• Providing excellent patient care and counseling on medication use

Qualifications:

• Current pharmacist licensure
• Recent experience in retail or community pharmacy environments
• Proficiency with pharmacy software, preferably Rx30
• Strong communication and organizational skills
