A pharmacist position is available at a small rehabilitation hospital in the Jacksonville, FL area. This role is ideal for local candidates but travelers willing to relocate or travel will also be considered.

Location:

• Jacksonville, FL area (Orange Park preferred)

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and provide guidance
• Collaborate and consult with nurses and physicians to optimize patient care
• Ensure compliance with hospital pharmacy policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida pharmacist license required
• Previous hospital or rehab pharmacy experience highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with medical staff
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced clinical environment
