Pharmacist Position – Orlando, Florida (Per Diem)

This per diem pharmacist opportunity offers flexible scheduling in Orlando, FL with weekday shifts primarily during the first shift.

Schedule/Hours: • Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• 1st Shift Coverage

Responsibilities: Under direct supervision of the pharmacy manager, the pharmacist will: • Dispense medications accurately and ensure safe, efficient delivery to all customers
• Counsel and advise patients regarding their medications, usage, and regimens
• Address and respond appropriately to patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints following organizational protocols
• Maintain inventory and controlled drug records with precision
• Resolve patient issues and clarify insurance or third-party coverage questions
• Utilize Pioneer software effectively to manage pharmacy operations

Desired Qualifications: • Active, clear pharmacist license for the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1+ year of retail pharmacy experience
• Strong communication skills in patient counseling and issue resolution
• Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities

Location: • Orlando, Florida

This position is a contract assignment from March 13 and March 16 through March 20, with a focus on providing essential pharmacist coverage for the specified period.
