Located in Northern California, this opportunity is for a Staff Pharmacist role at a Level II Trauma Center dedicated to elevating community health. Responsibilities:

  • Provide pharmaceutical care aligned with hospital and departmental missions.
  • Apply clinical judgment to identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related issues.
  • Operate within established policies, procedures, and federal/state regulations.
  • Support and promote service excellence in pharmacy services.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

  • Current California Registered Pharmacist license in good standing.
  • ACLS and PALS certifications (required within one year of hire; deadlines extended to 7/31/2027 for current pharmacists).
  • One year of hospital experience in inpatient, decentralized settings preferred.
  • Proficiency with pharmacy software and Windows operating systems.
  • Strong clinical judgment and drug knowledge application.
  • Familiarity with CII Safe/PYXIS operations.
  • Effective independent work capability and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle frequent interruptions, prioritize tasks, and respond rapidly to emergencies.

Schedule / Hours:

  • Full Time
  • 10-hour shifts; varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and nights
  • No fixed days off
