A healthcare facility in Northern California seeks three full-time Staff Pharmacists to join their pharmacy team at a Level II Trauma Center known for its commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. This direct hire role offers varied 10-hour shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends with no fixed days off, challenging your adaptability and clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical judgment and professional pharmaceutical care aligned with departmental and hospital mission
• Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support service excellence
• Operate within federal, state, and facility regulations and standards

Desired Qualifications: • Minimum of one year hospital experience in an inpatient, decentralized setting • Proficiency with pharmacy computer systems and Windows-based software • Demonstrated clinical judgment and drug knowledge application • Knowledge of CII Safe and PYXIS operations

Required Credentials: • Current California Registered Pharmacist license in good standing • ACLS certification within one year of hire (grace period to 7/31/2027 for current pharmacists) • PALS certification within one year of hire (grace period to 7/31/2027 for current pharmacists)
