Pharmacist - Owasso, OK

A 100-bed community hospital located about 1 to 1.5 hours north of Oklahoma City is seeking a dedicated pharmacist to work the night shift. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide essential pharmaceutical care in a hospital environment with a supportive team. Location: Owasso, OK (Hospital located near Stillwater, OK)
Type: Contract – options available for permanent, temp, or temp-to-hire arrangements
Schedule:

• 7 nights on, 7 nights off (night shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
• Manage pharmacokinetics and monitor drug therapies
• Consult with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient care
• Utilize Meditech IT systems for documentation and workflow

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Oklahoma pharmacist license
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with healthcare teams
