Schedule:

• 8 hours per day, day shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of specialty pharmacy practice areas including IV room, diversion and narcotics management, informatics, and residency program coordination.
• Provide pharmaceutical care as a staff pharmacist when needed.
• Lead user support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate system upgrades, conduct testing, and serve as a subject matter expert for specialty areas.
• Deliver training and education to pharmacy staff and serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents.

Qualifications:

• B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Clinical pharmacy experience in hospital settings.
• Completion of an accredited PGY-1 residency or fellowship plus accredited PGY-2 specialty residency/fellowship, OR PGY-1 plus 3+ years clinical experience, OR 5+ years clinical pharmacy experience without residency/fellowship.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy.
• Current BLS and ALS/ACLS certifications.
• Compliance with other state-specific requirements, such as sterile compounding.

Preferred:

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) certification or equivalent recognized specialty training.
