An opportunity is available for a Home Infusion Clinical Pharmacist to support a dynamic healthcare setting focused on specialized patient care. This contract position involves a 60-day assignment providing critical pharmaceutical services within a home infusion environment.

Schedule:

• Wednesday to Friday
• 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Location: Owings, MD

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform sterile IV compounding and preparation of Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) solutions.
• Manage and supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure compliance with protocols and quality standards.
• Ensure accuracy and safety in all aspects of home infusion pharmacy services.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication management.

Qualifications:

• Recent and demonstrated experience in home infusion pharmacy practice.
• Proficient in sterile compounding techniques, particularly with IV medications and TPN.
• Active and clear Maryland pharmacy license.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing pharmacy technicians.
