Pharmacist in Owings, MD

A Home Infusion Clinical Pharmacist role is available for a 60-day contract assignment in Owings, MD, supporting a home infusion pharmacy environment. This opportunity requires working Wednesday through Friday, from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Perform IV compounding and manage Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) preparations.
• Oversee and coordinate pharmacy technicians involved in the compounding process.
• Ensure compliance with sterile compounding protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain documentation and quality assurance measures specific to home infusion services.

Qualifications:

• Recent experience in home infusion pharmacy practice.
• Demonstrated expertise in sterile compounding techniques.
• Active and clear pharmacy license in the state of Maryland.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage technicians effectively.

Location: Owings, MD
Schedule:

• Wednesday to Friday
• 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
