Location:

• Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Schedule:

• May 15th-17th initially, with additional per diem dates available
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform PV1 and PV2 verification on compounded and commercial prescriptions
• Conduct initial and final safety and accuracy checks before prescription fulfillment
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with active credentials in Florida
• Experience in both compounded and commercial prescription verification
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work independently and adhere to scheduled shifts
