• Perform PV1 and PV2 verification steps, including initial and final checks on compounded and commercial prescriptions.
• Ensure all prescriptions are accurate, safe, and comply with regulatory standards before fulfillment.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to resolve any discrepancies or concerns related to prescriptions.
• Maintain meticulous records of prescription verifications and communicate effectively with healthcare providers when necessary.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist with current credentials to practice in Florida.
• Experience in prescription verification, particularly with compounded medications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.

Schedule:

• Per diem hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
