A Per Diem Pharmacist opportunity is available in Palmerton, PA, offering flexible workdays primarily on Tuesdays and Thursdays with some weekend shifts. Schedule:

• Tuesday & Thursday: 1 PM – 8 PM
• Some weekends: Saturday 8 AM – 4 PM, Sunday 10 AM – 2 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and dispense prescriptions in compliance with legal and professional guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient pharmacy operations. Coverage typically includes two technicians during peak hours and one technician during slower periods.
• Provide excellent patient care by counseling and supporting medication management.
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure proper inventory management.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with a valid state license.
