This opportunity invites experienced pharmacists to contribute their expertise within a specialty pharmacy setting. The role involves supporting long-term care pharmacy operations, ensuring optimal medication management and patient care.

Location: Bemidji, MN
Setting: Specialty Pharmacy
Duration: 13+ weeks contract
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Some weekends required

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage long-term care pharmacy services, including medication review and therapy management
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Provide immunizations and patient counseling as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmaceutical care
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient medication records

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with a PharmD degree or equivalent experience
• Immunization Certification required
• CPR Certification preferred
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a specialty or long-term care pharmacy setting is advantageous
