A specialty pharmacy seeks an experienced pharmacist to provide expert long-term care pharmacy services. This contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to support patient health in a focused and professional setting.

Location:

• Bemidji, MN
• Specialty Pharmacy environment

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Some weekends required

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive long-term care pharmacist services
• Manage medication therapy and ensure accuracy in dispensing
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Provide patient education on medications and health conditions

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with a PharmD or equivalent degree
• Immunization certification required
• CPR certification mandatory
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
