Qualifications:
- Active Texas Pharmacist license
- Texas IV certification
- Minimum of 2 years inpatient pharmacy experience
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and dispense medications for inpatient care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe medication use
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Provide clinical pharmaceutical services during night shifts
