Per Diem Pharmacist | Pelham, Alabama

Provide essential pharmacy support as a per diem pharmacist covering shifts in Hoover, AL, from Wednesday, September 2, through Friday, September 4. This role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with experience in inpatient medication verification and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough checking and verification of medications, including IV admixtures and TPNs.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy protocols and safety standards.
• Utilize CareTend system effectively for accurate medication management.

Desired Experience:

• Prior experience with infusion pharmacy preferred.
• Inpatient pharmacy experience, particularly with IV/TPN verification, is acceptable.
• Familiarity with CareTend or similar pharmacy systems.

Qualifications:

• Current and active pharmacist license in Alabama, in good standing.
