Per Diem Pharmacist - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

An opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to support a new retail pharmacy location with a very low prescription volume. This per diem position requires availability on July 27, 30, and 31, working day shifts from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently using the DRX computer system
• Counsel patients on prescription use, dosage, and potential side effects
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
• Manage inventory and maintain proper storage of pharmaceutical supplies
• Provide exemplary customer service in a retail pharmacy environment

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacy License required
• Previous retail pharmacy experience is essential
• Proficient in using pharmacy computer systems, preferably DRX
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
