Pharmacist in Philadelphia, PA

This position offers a rewarding opportunity for a pharmacist to play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient pharmacy operations. Located in Philadelphia, PA, this contract role operates Monday through Friday with a 10 am to 6 pm shift, providing a consistent schedule for work-life balance.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing primary verifications on prescriptions
• Assisting with the management of fulfillment staff and overseeing pharmacy operations during each shift
• Supporting prescription shipping and order processing as needed
• Ensuring all prescriptions are accurately prepared, fully documented, and compliant with relevant regulations

Applicants should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in retail or closed-door pharmacy settings
• A clear and active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Willingness to learn and use the Personal Med system (training provided for those familiar with similar platforms like PK)

System Experience: Personal Med (training provided)

• Monday to Friday
• 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
