Per Diem Long-Term Care Pharmacist Opportunity – Phoenix, AZ

This per diem position offers flexibility and professional engagement in a long-term care pharmacy setting. Ideal for pharmacists who value varied scheduling with a focus on quality patient care.

Schedule:

• 4 to 5 hours per day with flexible start times between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM
• Assignment begins March 7th or 8th

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill prescriptions, handling approximately 50-100 prescriptions daily
• Take and verify medication orders to ensure patient safety and compliance
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support medication therapy management in long-term care environments

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Arizona Pharmacist license is mandatory
• Proven experience in retail pharmacy and/or long-term care settings
• Ability and willingness to efficiently process and fill prescriptions while maintaining high standards of accuracy
