Per Diem Pharmacist - Phoenix, Arizona

A Per Diem Pharmacist position is available, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a long-term care (LTC) setting. This role requires a licensed Arizona Pharmacist comfortable with filling prescriptions and processing orders efficiently, handling 50-100 prescriptions per day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and verify prescriptions in compliance with regulations
• Process prescription orders promptly and efficiently
• Ensure proper handling and dispensing of medications in a long-term care environment
• Maintain detailed records of prescriptions and related documentation

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Arizona Pharmacist license is mandatory
• Previous experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high prescription volumes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly within provided hours

Schedule/Hours:

• Per Diem role with approximately 4 to 5 hours per shift
• Flexible start times between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM to accommodate workload and personal preference
• Opportunities beginning March 7th or 8th
