Pharmacist in Phoenix, AZ

A growing compounding lab is seeking an Arizona Licensed Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations and support compounding activities. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers hands-on training in non-sterile compounding, making it ideal for pharmacists eager to expand their skill set within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Location:

• Chandler, AZ (1680 E Northrop Blvd)

Schedule:

• Full Time, 40 hours per week
• Closers shift: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM (set shift)
• Shifts aligned with business needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure smooth workflow
• Verify prescriptions accurately and oversee compounding processes
• Maintain compliance with USP standards and Arizona Board of Pharmacy regulations

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing with no disciplinary history
• Solid pharmacy background and attention to detail
• Flexible with scheduling and ability to adapt as needed
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses if required
• Previous compounding experience is not mandatory; training will be provided
