Pharmacist - Phoenix, AZ

An Arizona-licensed pharmacist role is available to support a compounding lab in the Phoenix area. This contract-to-hire position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focusing on compounding pharmacy. While prior compounding experience is not required, training in non-sterile compounding will be provided. Upon conversion to permanent employment, benefits including 401(k) and paid time off become available.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Shifts aligned with business needs
• Evening shift (Closers): Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (set shift)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth lab operations
• Verify prescriptions and oversee the compounding processes
• Maintain compliance with USP standards and Board of Pharmacy regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing with no disciplinary history
• Solid pharmacy experience demonstrating strong clinical and technical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varied scheduling requirements
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses if needed
