Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM
Start: mid-September
Contract: 13- weeks contract-to-hire

What you’ll do:
• Lead pharmacy operations and staff
• Oversee compounding, workflow, inventory, and compliance
• Build patient and prescriber relationships
• Drive business growth and operational performance
• Potentially serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge
What we’re looking for:
• Active AZ Pharmacist License
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Compounding/independent pharmacy experience preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in future ownership
• Good attitude + strong work ethic
