Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, day shifts.

Assignment Details:

• Immediate start.
• 13-week assignment on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient care within the Anticoagulation Clinic, overseeing 4-6 patients daily.
• Conduct all oncology IV compounding, ensuring precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide pharmaceutical care in an inpatient setting, collaborating with medical teams to optimize medication therapy.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Michigan Pharmacist License.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an inpatient pharmacist.
• Proficiency in managing anticoagulation therapies and oncology compounding.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle specialized IV compounding independently.
