We’re seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join a hospital pharmacy team in Pittsburgh, PA!
- Schedule: 5x8s; Day-shift
- Start: ASAP
- Type: Full-time, 13 week, contract-to-hire
- System: EPIC
Responsibilities:
- Verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
- Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Review patient profiles and clinical information
- Provide clinical pharmacy services and medication recommendations
- Ensure safe and timely medication distribution
Requirements:
- PA Pharmacist License
- Inpatient pharmacy experience OR completion of a pharmacy residency
- Ability to start ASAP
- Full-time availability
