The role requires flexibility in shift work with a schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off, rotating between 2nd shift (12:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and 3rd shift (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM). Workweeks typically begin on Wednesday, offering a predictable but dynamic rhythm.

This position utilizes Cerner and Omnicell technologies, so familiarity or the willingness to quickly adapt to these systems is important. The ideal candidate is a licensed Wisconsin Pharmacist or willing to obtain the Act 10 temporary license for the duration of the contract. Prior hospital pharmacy experience is highly preferred to thrive in this clinical environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin or eligible for Act 10 temporary license
• Hospital pharmacy experience with clinical knowledge
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights
• Experience using Cerner and Omnicell technology a plus
