A hospital-based pharmacy opportunity is available for a pharmacist ready to contribute to a 250-bed facility. This contract position offers a dynamic schedule with alternating 7-on, 7-off shifts. The role requires flexibility, working both second and third shifts, providing variety and balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a hospital setting
• Utilize Cerner and Omnicell systems for order verification, medication distribution, and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and pharmacologic therapies
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor inventory and assist with medication management processes

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin or willingness to obtain the Act 10 temporary license
• Experience working in a hospital pharmacy environment preferred
• Proficiency with Cerner and Omnicell systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to manage multiple priorities during varied shift hours

Schedule:

• 7 days on, 7 days off rotation
• Shifts alternate between 2nd shift (12:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and 3rd shift (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Typical workweek starts on Wednesday

This position is a 13-week contract with potential for extension and requires starting as soon as possible. The role is based near Marshfield, WI, with work performed in a well-equipped hospital facility.
