Seeking experienced pharmacists to join a community pharmacy setting as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) on an as-needed basis. This per diem role involves providing leadership support when the pharmacy manager is absent and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

- Pompano Beach, FL
Schedule/Hours:
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Shifts as needed
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) during the manager’s absence
- Oversee pharmacy operations to maintain regulatory compliance and quality of care
- Provide professional pharmaceutical services and counsel patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to support patient medication needs
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid Florida Pharmacist license
- Prior experience in retail pharmacy settings
- Strong knowledge of community pharmacy operations and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage pharmacy activities effectively
