Pharmacist - Pompano Beach, Florida

A retail pharmacy is seeking a skilled pharmacist to provide expert medication dispensing and patient counseling in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a dedicated professional with retail pharmacy experience to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy services.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications following all legal and company guidelines
• Counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and answer any related questions
• Manage inventory control to maintain adequate levels of medications and supplies
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve prescription issues and improve patient care
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Support pharmacy team operations and promote a positive customer experience

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with current and valid pharmacy licensure
• Proven retail pharmacy experience is required
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively counsel patients and work with healthcare teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage workload efficiently

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
