Pharmacist in Pompano Beach, FL

A retail pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist to provide professional pharmacy services in a fast-paced environment. This contract role offers an opportunity to apply your retail pharmacy expertise while working Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Location:

• Pompano Beach, FL

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients
• Counsel patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies
• Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking medications
• Provide excellent customer service in a retail pharmacy setting

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Current Pharmacist license and any required certifications
• Proven retail pharmacy experience is a must
• Strong knowledge of medication therapies and pharmaceutical guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
