Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient pharmacy services with a focus on patient safety and medication management
• Manage anticoagulation clinic patients, averaging 4-6 patients per day
• Perform oncology compounding, including all IV preparations, following strict protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal pharmacotherapy outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Pharmacist License required
• Minimum of 2 years inpatient pharmacist experience
