Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient pharmacy services with a focus on patient safety and medication management
- Manage anticoagulation clinic patients, averaging 4-6 patients per day
- Perform oncology compounding, including all IV preparations, following strict protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal pharmacotherapy outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory standards
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan Pharmacist License required
- Minimum of 2 years inpatient pharmacist experience
- Proficient in anticoagulation therapy management
- Experience with oncology compounding, particularly IV chemotherapy preparations
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
