• Perform PV1 and PV2 prescription verifications, completing initial and final checks
• Verify compounded and commercial prescriptions for accuracy and patient safety prior to fulfillment

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with active credentials in Florida
• Experience in prescription verification and compounding pharmacy procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety standards
• Ability to work independently during per diem assignments
