Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Prescription Verification (PV1 and PV2) for compounded and commercial prescriptions.
• Perform both initial and final accuracy and safety checks prior to prescription fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain high-quality service and patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Florida.
• Proven experience with prescription verification, including compounded medications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a pharmacy team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Schedule:

• Per Diem position with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on assigned dates.
• Flexibility to work additional per diem dates as they become available.
