Per Diem Pharmacist | Portland, Oregon

A healthcare facility in Portland, OR is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for per diem shifts providing exceptional medication distribution and customer service. This role focuses on accuracy in dispensing prescribed medications while offering patients clear guidance on their proper use.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5 hours daily)
• Total of 42.5 hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute drugs prescribed by physicians and other healthcare practitioners
• Provide clear, knowledgeable information to customers regarding medication usage
• Deliver superior customer service with attention to patient needs and safety

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Oregon Pharmacist license required
• Experience in retail pharmacy and long-term care settings preferred
