Inpatient Pharmacist - Portland, OR

We're seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist in Oregon to join a highly respected medical center ASAP. 

Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Type: Full-time | Direct Hire
• Location: Portland, OR
• Schedule: Variable Days/Afternoons (no nights)
• IT: Cerner & Pyxis

Responsibilities:

• Verify and dispense medications in an inpatient hospital environment
• Review medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to optimize patient care
• Perform clinical interventions and monitor patient medication therapies
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• OR Pharmacist License in good standing
• Strong clinical/inpatient experience
• Experience with Cerner and Pyxis preferred
