Per Diem Pharmacist opportunity available for select days in June 2026. This role requires working independently at the pharmacy using PioneerRx Pharmacy software on scheduled shifts. • Thursday, June 4, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday, June 5, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday, June 18, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday, June 19, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Portsmouth, VA

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently using PioneerRx Pharmacy software
• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions
• Manage pharmacy operations independently during scheduled shifts
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmaceutical care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Virginia pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year recent retail pharmacy experience
• Proficient with PioneerRx Pharmacy software or able to learn quickly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and confidently as the sole pharmacist
